Language Policy Malta

The Policy promotes the bilingual development, in Maltese and English, of young children (0-7 years) in Malta and Gozo. It is intended to provide national guidelines for bilingual education. Schools are to be supported to develop their own language plans and strategies to meet the needs of their learners within the framework of the Policy.

Literacy & Info. Support Unit

The Literacy and Information Support Unit (LISU) supports school libraries to identify the best literature for their students and helps school libraries keep their collections in shape by managing the collections to keep them attractive and up to date.

ADHD Malta

The group was set up by a small group of parents of young ADHD teens needing to find proper help and more information to help their children back in 1996. They obtained information mainly from America and UK. They then decided to share set up a formal NGO to be able to share their knowledge with other parents and to sensitize professionals along the way too. The group is still here for whoever needs it!
